Zach is a member of the Edinboro Dairy 4-H Club and the Albion FFA Chapter.  This is Zach's Simmental Cross steer, Burt.  This is Zach's first year raising a steer.  Zach and his steer have been working hard together for almost a year now.  Zach would like to personally thank Mike and Char Proctor, and Joe Urbanick for all of their help this past year.  Zach's steer weighs 1,286 pounds and was the Reserve Champion Mediumweight Steer.
